Hey there people!

I have been approved already at USCIS, received my NOA1 and NOA2, although I haven't received an e-mail from NVC yet, so that way I cannot move forward.

I was wondering what documents related to IR my joint sponsor should gather for us to send to NVC when it gets available.

I've seen some people saying that besides the transcript, pay stubs are needed too.

And my wife is currently living with me, in Brazil, she never worked before nor received any money from any source in EUA or Brazil, that way she never had to file taxes, that will be a problem?

Thanks in advance guys, really appreciate the help!

Your wife the Petitioner still fills out the I-864 she is still your sponsor. She would put $0 for the years she didn't have to file and she can write a a cover letter of why she didn't file (didn't have to file due to no employment or whatever).

Here's the NVC process wiki to read while you wait. I would start calling NVC after about 3 to 4 weeks of your NOA2 to make sure you have arrived. Congratulations. (remember NVC has been closed quite abit due to the snow storms.)
