Hi VJs after 4 days arrival here in the US just wondering if what's next? I will just wait for my green card to be deliver? Nothing else to do?

As long as the fee has been paid, yup that is it for the most part.

I do suggest you get started with having you name added to bank accounts, utility bills, deeds, automobile titles and so forth (and keep copies), USCIS will want this as evidence two years down the road when you complete ROC.

If 2 weeks have passed and you haven't received your Social Security card, better pay the nearest SSA office a visit. Bring your passport, original NSO BC and MC.

It usually take a few weeks to get the SS card, same with the GC. Yes they are totally different.

2-3weeks right? And after that weeks and haven't recieve the cards yet we need to call the USCIS?

There is no exact timeline for this, but normally only a few weeks, month on the outside. Not an issue no matter as you have the stamp in your passport.
