hello guys

for those who have joint sponsor that fills his taxes jointly

i read that i have to bring I864A of sponsor's spouse even he make enough alone ? i will take W2 and emplyment letter and pay subs to my interview is it will be enough or do i have to I864A also?

another question since the joint sponsor and his spouse fill jointly , i guess the total income in the last 3 years will be both the same on I864 and I864A

for example : in I864 we put 90.000$ 2013
in I864A we put 90.000$ 2013 am i correct , plz correct me if i am mistaken ?

If they are filling jointly it is better to bring I864A. I have heard that if your joint sponsor making majority of income then that doesnt need. But for safe side I am going to bring I864A. Your case is quite similar to mine in the terms of AOS.

the financial digits of I864 part 6 item 13 a, b & c will reflect on I864A of part 11.
