Well after several calls, and speaking to a very nice Philippino Immigration Officer, we go our NOA. Seems like SOME officers at VSC are behind, and are sending the NOA's and Bios at the same time.

This goes to show you that you can file your petition the day of, sit with an expired greencard for 1.5 months, and still come out fine.

Timeline I-751 (Removal of conditions):

12/21/2006 - Sent to Vermont Service Center UPS Early AM Overnight

12/22/2006 - Reached Vermont Service Center

12/26/2006 - USPS Money Order cashed ($275.00)

01/04/2006 - Individual Fee Register Receipt Received

02/05/2007 - NOA Received

02/05/2007 - Biometrics Appointment Received

02/15/2007 - Biometrics Appointment

03/14/2007 - Finally made it in to do biometrics. No problems going in a month late

06/20/2007 - Received an Email stating that her card was "Ordered for production"... WE'RE APPROVED

06/25/2007 - 10 Year Green Card Arrived!!!!!

I got my NOA and Biometrics Appointment notice the same day too, only from Nebraska SC.

Good luck for a speedy approval.

Dec. 10/04... AOS Interview - APPROVED!!!!! (Passport stamped)

Sept. 9/06... I-751 sent to NSC

May 15/07... 10-Yr. PR Card arrives in the mail

Sept. 13/07... N-400 sent to NSC

Aug. 21/08... Interview - PASSED!!!!

Sept. 2/08... Oath Ceremony

Sept. 5/08... Sent in Voter Registration Card

Sept. 9/08... SSA office to change status to "U.S. citizen"

Oct. 8/08... Applied in person for U.S. Passport

Oct. 22/08... U.S. Passport received

DONE!!! DONE!!! DONE!!! DONE!!!

KAELY (K-2 Visa)

Apr. 6/05... DS-230, Part I faxed to Vancouver Consulate

May 26/05... K-2 Interview - APPROVED!!!!

Sept. 5/05... Entered U.S.

Sept. 7/05... I-485 & I-131 sent to CLB

Feb. 22/06... AOS Interview - APPROVED!!!!! (Passport NOT stamped)

Dec. 4/07... I-751 sent to NSC

May 23/08... 10-Yr. PR Card arrives in the mail

Mar. 22/11.... N-400 sent to AZ

June 27/11..... Interview - PASSED!!!

July 12/11..... Oath Ceremony

that is why I have seen people getting both NOA and Bio in the same day...

Thanks everyone.

Just goes to show you all how processing times vary depending on the officer. I filed a DAY BEFORE k1spain, got my Individual Fee Register Receipt 2 days before him, but I got my NOA a month after he did.

I'll not be waiting until the last minute to file for Naturalization, as soo as the 90 days start, I'll be filing!!!!
