Conflict of last name

Hi everyone. We included a few receipts with Beneficiary's last name that changed shortly after the purchases made. The original last name was wrong on birth certificate and corrected during the K-1 Visa process. All documents use the correct new last name but just a few receipts only have old, incorrect last name. New last name is legally fixed. Does anyone think that if they notice the receipts and ask me in the interview in Manila why it's different then what's on all the K-1 forms that it will be a problem? Anyone think I need to be concerned and should I try to get some type of documentation? Any suggestions? Its the last thing we need to think about before setting interview date. Thanks so much in advance everyone!

Only issue you need to address with a name change is you will need an NBI with the AKA for other names used, and have the "old name" listed.

What receipts are you talking about? Sorry I got confused with your post.

Petitioner sent money to Beneficiary and it has Beneficiary's wrong name on a couple receipts. And that couple receipts with a Beneficiary's wrong name was included in I-129F packet that was sent to USCIS. Everything else uses the correct, legal name.

The receipts are not a issue.
