US Dept of State:

'Does My U.S. Citizen Fiancé(e) Need to File Separate Petitions for My Children?

No. Your eligible children may apply for K-2 visas based on the approval of Form I-129F, Petition for Alien Fiancé(e), that your U.S. citizen fiancé(e) filed on your behalf, but your U.S. citizen fiancé(e) must list the children on the petition. Separate visa applications must be submitted for each K-2 visa applicant, and each applicant must pay the K visa application fee.'

Like the original poster, I went on a search for the application form for a K2 visa. I couldn't find it, so in the next few days I will mail out the I-129f package, which also includes the G-325a bio forms. And after the NOA2, we'll do the DS-160 online form, and I'll send her various documents for the interview. Do we have this right? The whole K2 application for her young sons is vague in my mind. It almost seems like the K2 process is sort of automatic, based on the K1 documents...? Where or how do I submit application fees for her two sons' K2's?

a petition isn't a visa application form.

in many countries, one fills out a 2nd ds-160 - but for india -

whatever was filled out for the K-1 visa application (DS-156 set plus other forms) then do it again, using the K-2 beneficiary's bio stuff there.

one pays a separate fee for the K-2 visa application, as well.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.
