form I-129F incomplete requirement

Hi @tim/mav,

we received an email saying that our our application was received and routed to USCIS California center. And within 7 to 10 days we will receive the receipt I-797. Just another question. i never had been married. Do i need to submit any docs to prove that?

It appears your Check was Cashed and Fowarded to CSC. That's Good.

No, the 129-F indicates YOU were not Previously Married so No proofs are needed from you.

Was your Fiance previously Married? There are Documents HE MUST get from his Courthouse showing he is free to Marry and Certified Copy. (If that applies)

Your should get your NOA1 shortly. Most likely the RFE's will follow. Chat together and go over everything. Thus: Know your Fiance/Fiancee.

If never married yet you'll also need to show a proof of document ,I got mine from NSO- Certification of No Marriage or CENOMAR ,they may not ask it in 129F application but it might be ask on your interview, be sure to have a copy. Mav

To clarify...

The CENOMAR does not need to be submitted with the initial I-129F. It it country specific and not something USCIS is even looking for. It is listed as a required document to bring with you for the interview.

LOL... A Discount? No Medical is required for a 129-F Petition but Valid/Updated and current before the Interview (After NOA2). The Medical is a Fixed Price and the Vaccinations only meet what is required for entry into the US.

My statement just stated the facts as to our journey through the K-1 process and that yes it seems that we were expedited. The medical is part of the whole process and is a requirement before the interview. And yes a discount on the medical was given when my then fiance told them her passport got damaged by the typhoon. If you go back and read previous posts about the subject you may understand that better instead of laughing at people.

yes later you will get an RfE. If something is missing or they want more evidence. If everything is ok you will get a NOA2 meaning your petitin is approve and will be sent to nvc before it is forward to the embassy

Hi im new here..my fiance forgot to fill out the portion in i129f about "fiance address abroad" i feel so worried that it may affect our application..need some advice please...
