Christine let me please ask you something, when did you schedule your interview date?
i dont refer to the date of the appointment, i am asking the date of the day that u went to the system to schedule an appointment, i am asking because someone thinking that this system will work with only new people that their cases will be at the embassy starting dec 1, and the old people which all of us will be with the old system which stay and wait for a call from them
and i dont believe that , because nothing in the website say so

We scheduled it first on 26 November and then on Sunday when the embassy opened again they canceled it so my fiancé rescheduled again that day he scheduled it for the first of December and he called on Monday and confirmed it with the embassy. But honestly I think that it was just meant to happen that way for my fiancé because I know that cause a lot of problems with other people.

Hello all, I need some help. We are having trouble printing a deposit slip to make the payment at CIB Bank. We can get to step 8, but once he enters our case ID (CRO20########) it tells us that the ID is not valid and to wait and be patient for it to be updated...our case has said ready for scheduling since October 28th, 2015. Can anyone please help me find and print this slip? We have been trying to do it for over a week now without success. Thanks everyone!

can you please copy and paste it

there is a new system that u can schedule the interview yourself instead of waiting for a call from them

i don't know about the new cases like you,because before u dont need to u dont need to go after step 8 or even we do not reach step 8 to go to the fee page.

A check of our records indicate that we sent a packet of instructions to this email mswarrington_aroncalling@yahoo.com on October 25, 2015 to prepare the documents required for the visa interview by email but to date, we did not receive the required documents. Our office schedules a certain number of appointments on a first come, first served basis each month. we are now scheduling applicants who prepared their documents beginning of April. . Below is the standard instruction given to the applicants to prepare for the interview:

Please prepare the following documents for each person applying for a visa and send them to our office via Aramex courier service:

1. Photocopy of passport (the original to be submitted on the appointment date)

2. Photocopy of birth certificate

3. A copy of your divorce certificate (If previously married and divorced)

4. Police certificate from your country of nationality if you are 16 years old or older

5. Police certificate if you lived in a different country for more than 12 months and you were 16 years or older at that time.

6. An Affidavit of Support (Form I-134) signed by the Petitioner and notarized before either a notary public in the U.S. or a consular officer at the embassy.

7. Petitioners most recent year of federal income taxes (form 1040 only). Please also bring the most recent W2 form and a job letter indicating current salary and length of employment

8. Medical exam for applicant as attached, medical examination report should be submitted on the day of the visa interview. Applicants are advised to schedule their medical examination 3weeks prior to the date of their visa interview.

i know i should pay the visa fee first
there is i think mess in the system because of the new system
i suggest to call the call center OR chat online with them on the live support which is i did several times, at one time they solved my problem right away

at the bottom of the page u will find live support, i dont know they start to be online since when but i believe morning until my time in cairo 7 pm or even after that
so give it a shot , tell them your problem hoping to solve it to you

He asked the online tech support and they told him they dont know the problem....he was told to send an email to the consulate lol

Grrr that's not right! Will they now use this new system as an excuse to make mistakes? Btw...my fiance told me that when he enters the case id n hits continue, the deposit slip will flash briefly on the screen and then disappear! Does it matter any if you are on mobile or laptop while viewing the site or creating an account?

I need Help.

I'm trying to print out the deposit slip to pay at CIB bank at step 8 on ustravedosc (CGI) website, but does not accept the case ID nor goes to the following step. What should I do?

By the way, I have been trying to do this step 8 since November 21, 2015.... The embassy doesn't respond to my emails.

We are currently waiting for interview, and the petition (k1) expires on 24 this month (12), would it be wise to extend?...would have helped on our first if we had. And if yes, how?
