We have five as well, all of whom travelled with me from Ontario to Atlanta. A 6th one, my eldest, also came but she had a rough time travelling and developed a urinary infection from the stress, stopped eating and despite being forcefed, succumbed 6 weeks later to liver diseasse. Tristan, 14 is a stray who found us one bitterly cold December night when he was about 10 months old, and because of his kind personality found himself a home. Abbie and Freija are 7 year old black and white sisters - Joe calls them the holstein cats -who were born wild and their mother brought to my doorstep when they were 9 weeks old. She needed help feeding them! It took about a month before I was able to capture them and bring them inside just before the start of winter. I found a home for their sister and the mother but kept these two. Lion and Bear are 4 year old, long-haired, maine ####### type brothers - real orphans who were brought to my door by a neighbourhood boy when they were 10 days old, along with their sister. His dog had killed the mother and I was the neighbourhood 'cat lady':-). They travelled with me to work for the next few weeks as they were on a 2 hr feeding schedule, and have grown into two absolutely beautiful long haired cats. Their sister lives with a friend of mine in Minnesota.

Loving all the macros, and the pics of all the cat hubby wants to get another one because he feels Coco is lonely...I'm not sure if she would be too happy with that. Any suggestions? I hate to leave her alone when we're at work, but don't want her to be miserable because another cat/kitten comes in her "space".

My husband is a cat person and I always thought of myself as more of a dog person. Until this little one in the picture came and adopted us. She's a stray who wandered into one of our garages. She was so little when we found her...the vet estimated she was about 4 weeks old. She's grown so quickly and now she's MY baby girl!!
