I-290B(Apeal to re-open the case) denial for I-130

I applied I-130 for 4 siblings, one in 03/2004 & other three in 03/2005. After some time I moved and. I called USCIS 800# & updated address for all 4. In 2009 I received approval for 1 which I applied in 03/2004 but nothing was receivd for other 3(I thought those wern't approved b/c I applied a year later). In 2012 I moved again, Called USCIS 800# to update my address and I was informed that my other cases were denied 2009, no reason was given. I applied(don't remember the form) to request reason why cases were denied ...... & my that request also denied b/c not all info was provided. I consulted an attorney ..... she suggested to file I-290B ....... So I had wait till 2014 to make arrangement for money. So paid her to prepare paperwork for motion and applied fees and everything ..................now my I-290B also denied, reason - we waited 5 years to reapply. On first place I never received any denial letter neither I received any online denial ............ What are my options now? How can I get the original priority dates for my siblings? please help
