STATUS IS READY

Hello Guys,

My status been AP for 108 days(more than 3 months). And just tonight, I checked my status showed like these . And I'm just confused why it says NONIMMIGRANT VISA APPLICATION while before when I checked it almost everyday it says IMMIGRANT VISA APPLICATION. What does this mean? Does it really changed into NonImmigrant Visa Application when status is Ready? and is this the sign that I will be Approve?

Really is that so? Yeah that's also what I noticed , my case creation date was changed from july 10, 2014 to february 7, 2015.. From October to december my case creation date is still same(july 10, 2014), and the status updated too(october 23,2014) and still AP and it is in IMMIGRANT VISA APPLICATION. And on january still AP and the case creation date is still same july 10 but the status updated is changing every week and also still IVA. Until last february 7. All was changed from IVA to NON-IMMIGRANT VISA APPL. my case creatiion date, status Updated.. And its READY..I really really hope it will be approved. And what ive heard, at fisrt the case will be AP then Ready then Ap again and final will be Issued. Is it true? Thanks :-)

Yes, first time. We were approved at the interview in December, and then fell into AP for a few weeks. Just last week it changed from AP to ready, and the creation date changed to last week, so yes, we are in the same boat. I am going on 4 business days now but I pray we all see issued soon! Please do keep us informed!

Hi Caffeine_dreams. Okay so we are the same then :-). Just now I checked my status and it's changed into AP from Ready. As they said I have to check again my status after 2 working days,so I did coz today is the 2nd working days, and it really changed. And I dont know until when I have to wait for the result if its ISSUED OR DENIED.. I'm happy at same time worried. Hope yours will change also. Keep praying.:-)
