Submitted AOS and there were some mistakes made by USCIS (e.g. wife's daughter's A# assigned to wife's 765, wife's 765 denied as a result because you can't have two 765s in play, and a few others). As a result, I have been able to get them to take a closer look. The entire file has been requested by NBC. My question is whether NBC will actually make a decision on the AOS or will they just fix the mistakes and send it make to Nebraska for processing, effectively putting me back at the end of the line.
