K1 Interview - do we need to provide evidence of relationship again?

Hi all - this is a great site, we have been on here quite a bit since our journey started. A bit of background:

I am the petitioner and my fiance is British. We submitted our initial application and evidence of relationship to the USCIS Dallas Lock Box in July 2014 where it was rerouted to the CSC and received by them in late July. We were given notice of requirement of further evidence in late September. The paperwork was approved on the 12th of November and sent to the NVC for processing. The 2nd of December the NVC confirmed they would forward the petition to the US Embassy which we got confirmation on mid-December. Since then we have had the medical and police checks and our interview is scheduled for this coming Thursday.

My question(s) are - as we submitted tons of evidence regarding our relationship to the CSC (as I the petitioner also live in the UK, there was plenty of evidence) was it forwarded to the NVC and then US Embassy? Do we need to bring all copies of the evidence again? Also, do we need to bring further evidence since our initial evidence submitted?

Thanks very much in advance as it's hard to find the answers anywhere else!

Some consulates require new evidence of an ongoing relationship. London does not. Your entire file will be there for them to see what you have already sent. There was a couple who recently reported they were asked by the embassy to submit more, but they were both Muslim, not UK or US born, and had six weeks of extra security checks after the interview. Also it wasn't stated exactly what else was wanted or how much had already been supplied. If you are a typical US and UK born couple, then you won't need anything additional.

You are supposed to bring copies of the original documentation that you sent in (the entire i129f packet), which would include your original evidence. They ask for more evidence, I suppose, to prove that your relationship has continued. You sent in more evidence already so you have already proven that, and if you go to the interview with your fiance, that is even more proof. Considering that most people wait at least 6 months from application to interview, there is always a chance that the relationship isn't real or isn't continuing. They ask for more evidence just as proof the the relationship has indeed continued.

I have a lot of experience with visas for studying and working abroad and I can tell you first hand that you should ALWAYS have copies of all original documents. Honestly, I don't know why! They have your documents so why would they need copies?? Good question haha. Sometimes they ask for them, sometimes they don't. It really just depends on who you get at the embassy and your luck that day. But it is much better to have the copies if you are asked for them. Imagine if they ask for your original packet contents and you don't have them! Better to be safe than sorry!

Typically not required for London. Take it if it makes you feel more comfortable, however it is rarely ever asked for.

You do not need any part of the I-129F at a London interview. Nor the NOA2 approval.

And 99.9999999% do not show any relationship evidence.

If the petition approval (NOA2) has expired (4 months) then they ask for a new letter of intent from the American to say he/she still plans to marry the beneficiary.

Take to LONDON interview

Appointment letter

DS-160 confirmation

Passport: must have at least eight months validity left (beneficiary)

Birth Certificate: must list parents' names. (beneficiary)

Adoption Certificate: If applicable (beneficiary)

Name Change Deed Poll: If applicable (beneficiary)

Divorce Decree or Death Certificate: If previously married (beneficiary)

Police Certificate (and Subject Access Report if it says "no live trace") (beneficiary)

Military Records: If applicable (beneficiary)

Photographs: one US passport style (beneficiary)

Photocopy of important documents you want back (example-they look at your UK birth certificate and hand it back, filing the photocopy)
