I am going to apply for my H1B visa while my parents have filed for POLITICAL ASYLUM

I am currently on a student visa (F1 visa) and will be graduating this December. I plan to work in U.S after that so I will be applying for my H1b visa next year. My parents have filed for political asylum.I recently learnt that USCIS undergoes a background check during the H1b visa process.I wanted to know will this be a problem for me in getting H1b?

I don't see how it could possibly make any difference. First of all, your parents are the ones who applied for asylum, not you. Are you part of the asylum application?

Secondly, the H1B is a dual intent visa. Meaning that unlike the F1 or a tourist visa, you are not required to demonstrate that you have no intent to immigrate. That is why you can renew your H1B even if you have a pending green card application. So you might be asked about the asylum application, but unless I am mistaken it should have no impact on your H1B.

No I am not a part of the asylum application but the thing is my father was the one who officially sponsored my education.Now he himself applying for asylum will in any way affect my H1B status?
