NVC tells different everytime we call.

I approved in 17dec.

19dec USCIS sent my case to NVC

05jan my husband called NVC, they said case arrived 29dec

Some days ago, on my 38th day waiting on NVC, my husband called, they said case was received on 2jan (they gave us differenr date than what they told us before)

Today 06feb my husband called again and they tell him NVC received case on 3rd feb (date differenr again)

How can they always playing game ans chasing us like that?i reallt sick and tired with NVC working system

Does anyone has similar experience, pls help.

My husband wil continue calling until we get case number.

Hi, same thing happened to me, what they're doing is making your case stay within the 60 days window to make it look like they're in compliance of what they state so they keep on moving the dates around, or they're looking at your case that's the only time your dates change

Well after called and they told us date 3feb, some hours later my husband called again then NVC said date they received my case is 2jan. Said worker may type wrong.

But they ask me give them 42days to get case number means should available on 14feb.(saturday)

Monday we will call again and offer them our email address, do u think after they got my email will they send case number through email or no?cos my husband will leave the usa to go see me in Vietnam for 2 weeks and we cant call nvc from Vietnam cos cost alot money. We dont have free software to call. Therefor we want pay online and do form when he in Vietnam,to save time!

Hi when you call NVC to give them your email address make sure you give them both of yours so one of you will at least receive their email
