How much time taken to assign case no.

Hi,

I am from Pakistan. My husband is US citizen. Our I- 130 petition is approved at 15th November 2014. After 3 month we didn't get case number. Anybody tell us how much time is taken to assign case number. We are stuck ... N waiting ....

Did you call NVC?

You need to call the National Visa Center to receive your case number and Invoice ID number.

Definitely call NVC. Did they at least receive your documents?

Call NVC and give them your USCIS case number and ask them if they received your docs from USCIS, and if they did, ask for a case number.

Yes call them. I got my in 43 days. They are a little behind because of being close on some days due to weather ,but if you have been waiting since NOV you should have a case number by now.

We had our I-130 approval way back in September 2014 and still stuck in NVC now....but you should have case number by now

I called them a lot of time. But still represented said that work continue on your docs

He was not able to get in touch with NvC

They should have given you the date that the petition was received at NVC....and approximately how many more days before a case number will be assigned.
