ok. ime - writing things in a cover letter was useful. i was asking you about your cover letter, thinking that you'd cover:

1. list of stuff

2. query to the adjudicator if he/she lost the stuff submitted

3. verbiage about the infopass appointment and review by an IO there.

why? somethings amiss, really - and it was my hope that your cover letter was focused, on point about the RFE ...

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

I did not include a cover letter......It is not a requirement. I put all documents in a manila folder titled " I-751 response to RFE ".

" case number"

" name of applicant "

I assembled all document in order of their request.

I have filed 3 previous petitions and have never submitted a cover letter at anytime throughout the processes......and never had a problem before.

Visa journey is the only place where cover letters are talked about.....no government entity refers to submitting a cover letter.

Just because you didn't have a problem before doesn't mean you won't have a problem now. You are being irrational. Nothing even close to deportation has been mentioned. People with more evidence than you have been in this situation. Relax

Yes, but in the uscis site it doesn't really tell you about what kind of evidence you should submit especially for k1s and vj helped with members who had experience or people who actually talked with employees at immigration.

I won't even respond to your cover letter comment because it is ridiculous.

Other than that you proved my point.......people with more evidence have received RFE's......we have no more evidence to provide to an organization that has already told us that we have not established a bona fide marriage.

....and go read the immigration law, a denial of this application automatically puts you in removal proceedings.

ok - point taken, but in the same breath, you've done all that you can do, at the moment. Try to focus your energies elsewhere; it's been my experience when I obsessed about some USCIS cr@p, my other work and life suffered because of it.

Oh...YES it does...it tells you exactly what evidence is needed and gives you a link to your embassy for further evidence that they may require.

You do NOT need VJ....everything you need is in the government websites. I successfully filed 3 petitions without ANY info from VJ.

I know.....I'm over dramatic......., but on the other hand this is my family, and I do not trust the Government, and I will not sit idly by while they decide my future.

.....I may have spelled idly wrong

Yes, but they didn't deny anything yet. Even so you can go to the court, then prove your marriage is legit and everything is ok again no?

Yes, this is true......

......but it can take up to 3 years to see an immigration judge.

I'm sure everything will be fine......no matter what the outcome, as a US citizen you have the right to not accept a decision made by the government...

.....In fact our Founding Fathers of the USA told us that it is " Your duty to stand up and challenge your government ".

Quote...." You have not established that the marriage upon which you were granted was entered into in good faith. You provided some evidence of marital bona fides. However, the documentation you submitted is insufficient because it does not show financial responsibility throughout the length of the c onditional residency. Further, neither W-2's for you nor your spouse was submitted, therefore, the tax returns are incomplete. To establish eligibility for removal of conditional status, please submit additional documentation. Documentation should reflect your name and your petitioning spouse's name. In addition, the documentation should cover the period of time from the date of marriage either to the present, or to the date that the marriage was terminated through divorce, separation, or death. Please do not resubmit documentation that has already been submitted.

Exactly what I said, they want evidence dated back to when you got married, not just since your GC got approved and the duration of your conditional GC. If you got married in 2012, they want evidence from 2012.

A) Well, we were married a year before she even arrived in this country........so my marriage is a fraud.

B) We don't have all the evidence they want from the time she arrived.......so again my marriage is a fraud.

Thank you for pointing this out to me.....
