So, we called CIS last night to see about our RFE.......She blatantly lied to me to get me to stop asking questions.

I can clearly see that they are processing and approving cases that were filed in October, (we filed in early September).

The lady kept telling me that they are just now processing cases filed in May 2014.....LIE, LIE, LIE.

If they are only filing case from May, then why did we receive an RFE since we filed in September...???

Being that you are from the Philippines, I believe that you automatically get expedited. Therefore you would be process well before the date of regular cases that they are processing.

She only tells you what she is told - using the same sources you can find yourself on the web. Keep calling them with questions, I am sure it will speed processing up.

Why would people from the Philippines have their process expedited?

The Philippines filers get their I-129F & I-130 petitions expedited. Haven't heard the same about ROC.

OP, if you need a truly informed answer to your query, call USCIS back and insist on escalation to an actual immigration officer. The "Customer Disservice" front-line call-screeners are a source of roadblocks and misinformation.

Yes, You are correct.

I am also being proactive......already contacted my senator, my congressman, and the Govenor's office.

Who are they to tell me my 3 year marriage is a fraud...?while they protect and benefit illegal immigrants, some of whom have committed domestic crimes.

Save your time and effort regarding contacting a state government official, like a state governor, as your concern relates to a federal government agency. <_<

Completed: K1/K2 (271 days) - AOS/EAD/AP (134 days) - ROC (279 days)

What are you talking about???

This is not a k-1 or CR-1 application.

My wife did NOT receive any expifite....

....and this is a "Removal of Conditions" application, so please know what you are talking about before you insert your foot.

Just sayin, the OP is in the adjustment of status phase (AOS). The petition has nothing to do with K1 or CR1 petition processing times. And I think the OP is expressing what many of us are feeling especially those of us who have already seen the effects of DACA once, is how frustrating it is to have everything take SOOOOO long when we are trying to do things legally when people who are going to apply for DACA and DAPA came here illegally and those applications are completely clogging up the pipeline for the rest of us. Additionally, the OP clearly stated that they have waited within the NORMAL processing times for an application of this nature (not at all expedited). Although I know the expedites for the Philippines can be frustrating, that really has nothing to do with this particular post.

Thank You Kastrs,

I agree, I don't believe philippine based petitions deserve to be expidited.

But, I have been married for more than 3 years.....long before those expidites began. My wife was NOT a benefactor of those expedites.

But, she is however, on track for deportation as a "LEGAL" immigrant.

I am well versed on immigration law

She can tell me more than I can find online.....she can tell me the status.

ROC status does not change online until "approved" or "denied awaiting deportation"
