hi friends,

I called NVC today and the lady on the phone said that they are going to mail the "Choice of Agent" to me & the beneficiary this week...WHICH means...it has been generated.....

I asked her if my husband can email the "choice of agent" today, she said I have to wait till i receive it......(BUT I KNOW I CAN STILL DO IT)

Anyways, my question is:

1. sounds like the Choice of Agent has been generated as it will be mailed out this week......(she said by friday)

Do you guys think,,,,,,my husband should go ahead an email NVC his choice of agent........TODAY?????

any opinions....are all welcome.........thanks everyone for replying.....................

Indeed you should e-mail it. As long as the form was generated-you're golden !!!

That's how we did it, and we got our NVC confirmation of receiving it 1 day before it hit my post box !

Yes you should email it. I did the same and later on when I got the form we mailed it and not only that I also went ahead and faxed it! Goodluck!

I waited for the AUTOMATED NVC system message to say that the AOS fee bill and the Choice of Agent form have been mailed out before sending the e-mail. If the automated message is not reflecting that just yet, wait till next tuesday for the next update. If it's already reflecting it, then go ahead and send it.

Below is what we sent.. make sure you send the e-mail from the beneficary's e-mail account and not from the petitioners e-mail account. We received an e-mail response 3 days later

Unfortunately I cannot locate my Choice of Agent form # DS-3032, and would like to appoint my husband as my agent of choice to receive all correspondence from NVC

My husband's (the petitioner) name and address is as follows

(Name and Address.....)

All correspondence from the National Visa Center concerning my immigration visa application should be sent to the address referenced above.

Please kindly reply with a correspondence acknowledging the recepit of this e-mail in lieu of the DS-3032 Choice of Agent form.

I agree e-mail it.

Include all the information required, follow the guides/ shortcuts. If you don't receive a reply in 1 week, re-send. We needed to resend. One day after the resend, we had the reply and acceptance from the NVC.
