Hello. The beneficiary overstay wants to apply for DACA Expansion and obtain a work permit.

Would having consumer credit card debt disqualify someone from DACA? The last payment made was in 2004 so none of the negative reports are on any of the 3 major credit card bureaus with very good credit score.

The beneficiary was also sued from a collection agency for not paying the debt in which the beneficiary hired a lawyer to settle the debt for lesser amount, case closed.

Hello. The beneficiary has I-130 approved from a Mother USC but waiting for the Visa number available. Also has a I-130 not approved yet from a Brother USC. Beneficiary is also grand fathered under 245i as well.
