Dear All,

After receiving NOA2 for my K-1 visa I checked my NVC status today and It shows " in transit to the consular section and your interview date was provided to you by NVC"

I am Confused we haven't scheduled any interview and nothing was provided by the NVC. Can you please tell me what's going on ? What should we do next ???

it varies to the kind of system the Consular Office is doing by country. In the Philippines, they don't send anything to the beneficiary after the case is sent to the Consular Office. The Beneficiary check the status online using the case number, then proceed with the medical and interview scheduling. The NVC letter containing the case number serves as the source of document here to proceed with the process.

Check the system your country is doing.
