Hello VJ citizens, firstly wish good luck to everyone in hard destiny of immigrant!

I'm sorry if I have some grammatical mistakes in text.

About myself, I came from Ukraine To USA at the end of May like J1 student(work and travel type of) which should expire at the end of August after more for 1 month I can stay and travel and after should leave. ( I don't have 2 year presence in my country after)

So at the end of May I met a guy and fell in love we was dating to July and marry at the beginning of August and start live together make his taxes and stuffs that apply on AOS .

Now is February and we finally start processing and almost fill whole forms and I finished with medical form too.

And everything goes good, but life without problem it's not life.

So 1) problem is that he lost his job and tried to find new one:( but we have a co signer his mom, but if he will find a job and we will send and they see that he work just couple weeks is that a problem?

2)we fill whole forms without lawyers but my j1 visa already expired, may be some differents in forms and etc. in this situation?

3)I worry that with me happend a situation, that when I was still in visa I quit my job in July and moved in another city and cicd prohibited me to work anymore,, but I talked to agent and accidently told that I try to find a job like administrator, and he send me a email that I "I want to follow up on our conversation today. After speaking to you we found that you have been working as an office administrator for a company whose name you did not want to disclose to me. You also stated that you are more interested in pursing a marriage to your husband than participating in the J1 Program.

Since you are not interested in pursuing the program then we are going to move to bring it to an end. The final day of your program will be August 12th (next Tuesday). This means that as of Tuesday, you will no longer have worker privileges at all. So its very important that you end you employment by then, because you will be considered an undocumented worker. This could cause trouble for your current employer."

So should I do something with it or no?

4) should I fill taxes for 2014 for 1 month(June) which I worked before I send docs?

Thank you very much!
