Hello All

I'm about to send in the AOS and IV documents to NVC Tommorow. Here is my question.

I currently do not make enough on my own, so I got my uncle to fill out an Affidavit of support for my spouse. He currently and has been filing joint taxes with my aunt. They make about $300,000 together and that is what is written on line 22 of their 1040. My uncle makes $175,000 on his own which is enough to sponsor my spouse. He will be filling out a I-864 on his own. His wife won't be submitting one.

For Part 6, item A,B, and C.. does he put THEIR joint total income (line 22 on 1040 form) in those fields and supply his latest w2 along with the past few months of paychecks to prove his individual income? or will he have to put his individual income in those items.. Thank you.
