I have a copy of her W2, a letter from bank showing stuff, a letter from her employer stating her position etc, and 6 paystubs, my only fear is the paystubs arent sequential. anyone see me having any issues?

Turn in the employer letter if it states her salary and keep the rest in your pocket. It is enough. There is nothing to fear for this part.

The form instructions for the I-134 suggest:

Statement(s) of your employer on business stationery showing:

1. Date and nature of employment;

2. Salary paid; and

3. Whether the position is temporary or permanent.

Since you are worried about it, have you considered asking for a new employer letter that states, not only her hourly wage, but the number of hours per week she works? Then you would have perfect proof to present. However the combination of what you have should cover it just fine.

Great. Above I read your post wrong. I read it "it doesn't state her hourly wage." Sounds like you have perfect proof in that letter. Sorry for the confusion.
