Hi guys, how do you obtain the UID number? I want to track my mom's visa. Thank you.

The UID is near the barcode on the USEM interview confirmation letter. It is also on the same website we login to make our USEM appointments.

Thank you Luckytwo. Yeah, I found mine in visa delivery document. My interview confirmation page doesn't have a bar code.

Hi guys.. Its been 2 weeks since I was interviewed for k1 visa(feb.20) and still stuck at ready case updated last Feb.23, seems like theres no movement on our case. This is really making me nuts. Do we have a problem here because CO did not ask for our affidavit of support just looks at our pictures and gave it back to me.He then told me I was approved. Please enlighten my mind. Its taking too long to have my visa.

Many others have been approved without the support documents over the past few months, so I doubt the embassy not taking your support documents is an issue. You just need to be patient.

You mean this is an issue? He did not took our affidavit of support but he also didnt gave us 221g. He just told us we were approved. Even the first one who interviewed me didnt asked for it. What will i do if this is something to be worried about? ? should i send it w/o them asking for it?

Im sorry i misunderstood your comment.. Im just really worried and cant even sleep thinking about my visa. My acquaintances during the interview got there visas already and to think I was interviewed first before them. This really sucks..

No I do not mean there is an issue because the CO didn't take your support documents, that is very common now for the embassy to NOT take the I-134. No you should not send anything to the embassy without them requesting it.

I am saying... relax and be patient.

Your acquaintances might have been relatives of their petitioners, spouses, had kids or they were pregnant. Those tend to get their visas a bit sooner than K1.

We were not asked for I134 at fiancées interview in January 2015. No 221g. Her visa took 14 business days from interview to available for pickup at moa 2go. You can call the USEM, but I suspect they will tell you what they told us, to just wait a few more days.

Your UID number from your USEM interview confirmation letter will be useful for tracking your package at the 2go website. MNL or passport numbers don't seem to work for tracking K1 there.

Ok.. Thanks for enlightening my mind guys. I think I just have to be patient and count the business days instead of the actual days. Im just being so paranoid I felt like im alone in this.

We waited through 3 LONG weekends like you after the USEM interview until fiancées visa was ready for pickup. You're not alone. I bet you have your visa in hand this coming week.

The hardest part of this whole ordeal, in quest for the visa, is not the gathering documents or the filing in of blanks both on paper and on the websites, BUT it is the waiting and waiting. We offer you only the idea of having more patience. When this is over you'll look back and say it wasn't that bad but for now, we have walked that "mile in your shoes" and know the end is near for you.
