Hello,

My question is for the Signature Line on this form

Can the form be submitted without a signature from the Fiance (Beneficiary's) because she is in another country?

OR:

Is a completed form with signature sent to me in an .pdf e-mail acceptable?

I would like to hear for anyone that has had experience with this.

Thank You,

Dwight

It MUST be signed only by her. It MUST be original. No copies are accepted. In other way they will send you RFE where they state that the signature is not original. We personally signed with blue ink that it would be visible it is not a copy.

as irinia-frank suggests, this is one of the biggest pain in the asses...

It must be original, it must be in blue or black ink, and it MUST be signed by the person.

( white out is okay to use on other parts of the form )

The solution:

Snail mail ( 2weeks-1month) turn around time, Approximately $50 to send it there, and 80,000 pesos to send it back

Bring a blank form with you next time you visit, and just have her sign several originals. Or have her sign several blank originals, so when you fill it out and make a mistake you have extra.
