I know the AOS is 325, Biometrics is 70 and EAD is 180. Do I need seperate checks for each?

Yeah you can combine the AOS and biometrics fees and then do the EAD fee seperately. That is what we did

I sent personal checks from my bank account. In the memo part, I put his Name and A# ...and the forms that the checks were for. And I had no problem at all.
