I will go talk to her on saturday and ask more information about her situation. I was only asked by my brother to help her with the Naturalization form. I did not know it's all messed up like this.

- my sister in law wanted to pursue the naturalization process because she has 2 other kids she wants to petition. 1 is 19, before kid A turns 21 hence she needs to apply for citizenship. That's the extent of my knowledge.

I will need to acquire more info from her and will update if there are more to it.

if the woman married a uscitizen before child turned 18, the uscitizen can petition for the child.

that's my understanding about it, but the window is closing quickly, iirc.

Friend of mine had been working with a social security that he purchased in NY, he even picked the name and number. When he got his green card he validate all the years he hd been working and got credit for all those years.
