Hi, tried searching but couldn't find anything.

I didn't see it anywhere in the I-129F petition steps but, are you supposed to sign the back of the Visa photo that's attached to the G-325A?

My fiancee already sent me her Visa photo that's supposed to be attached to the back of the G-325a form but, she forgot to sign the back of the photo.

Is this a problem?

Thanks!

The official instructions only state that you need to lightly print the name of the person's name on the back of their picture.

http://www.uscis.gov/i-129f- visit their page, it is the second PDF - Instructions

Anyone? If the blank ink is going to cause a problem, I'm guessing I'm going to have to ask her to re-take the photos again, and then priority mail it to me again.

I really hope this isn't the case and that black ink will be ok.

I don't want to make any small mistakes and just want everything to be "fail-proof".

Uh oh. Just spoke to fiancee and found out she wrote her name in blank ink on back of photo. Will it be a problem?

I wrote our names in black ink as well. No problems at all.

Thanks for the info!

Feel like maybe I'm taking everything so literally when it comes to these forms instructions. Don't want to risk any possible mistakes.
