If it says in the appointment letter that the embassy accepts joint sponsors and yours meets the 125% minimum requirement you will be fine with that part. From what I have learned from research in here is that part is more or so procedural as in if your joint sponsor shows his funds and can back it all up with sufficient proof they simply look at the paperwork and simply move along. The main purpose of the interview is to prove the bona fide relationship and since yours seems to be 100% genuine your fiance will be approved. I have a long 12 days to go before my fiancee has her interview and I can so feel your pain and stress of worrying because I'm going through the same here. Everything will be fine just like all the great people in here tell me that's been through it all as well...

Me and my Fiancé received her Form I-797c notice of action on September 16,2014 I was wondering how much longer are we expecting to wait for her interview. We are going through the Texas Service Center

July is currently being processed. I'd guesstimate another 2 months or so for approval and then about 3 more months till interview.

EAD/AP Combo Card could arrive 2-3ish months after AOS/EAD/AP NOA1.

Normally 2-3 months after AOS application, but it is important that applications includes EAD (which is what you would use for work while GC is approved) and AP for travleing

on travel.state.gov it says this:

Ineligibilities for Visas

Certain conditions and activities may make you, the applicant, ineligible for a visa. Examples of these ineligibilities include: drug trafficking; overstaying a previous visa; and submitting fraudulent documents.

So from that I would say only serious crimes, overstaying in america even on VWP and lieing on your documents, then the other thing is if you can't prove can support your Fiance financially are the only reasons for denial, as well as the obvious if they felt your relationship wasn't genuine.

and of course you can be denied if have dangerous disease such as TB, but would be allowed to apply again once all the disease is gone.

It took us a long time to get our petition approved. We didnt get an rfe or anything but it took them 270 days so almost 9 months to approve it. Depends how fast or slow the Texas Service Center is and how many applications they have at the time..
