There is no I-29. Are you referring to the I-129F? If so, that's USCIS claiming they're just now processing applications with NOA1 dates on or before June 6, 2014.

The website is always a bit behind though. Most of June has already been processed and it looks like they are working on July. I would say God willing you should have something in the next few weeks or so.

Hello everyone! I just signed up and we have received NOA today. I'm confused. Does this mean that they will not process our papers yet and have to wait?

You likely received the NOA1 from what I understand, meaning the receipt that the USCIS received the petition. Yes, you need to wait for the processing of the petition now. Since you are from the Philippines, your case will be expedited, so expect the NOA2 within 8-10 weeks, as that seems to be the norm for Phil cases now.

Fixed.

What's the norm for Cambodia?

My guess is that Cambodia would follow the normal timeframe, which seems to currently be 6-8 months.

That's so cool :3 We were just wondering if there is any additional thing we should do like call them or something after receiving the hard copy. Thank you!
