trust its the only promising land, only wen you have a complete vision about what you want and what you will do.

I cant marriage a girl and lie about my love to her and make a dream to her that you are her prince charming to get what you want, hurting someone its too much hard for me. because when ever you hurt someone you will get hurt back for sure.

I sent 70 emails for iphone repairing companies, I didn't receive any reply. I know its hard to convince anyone that you can fix his 600$ phone or 30004 laptop , I have to show him that I can.

if I get a tourist visa and search for a job, its easy to get a permit to work in the state?

1) I'm glad you are willing to NOT cheat and lie to someone.

2) it doesn't matter how complete your vision is, the USA is still not the promise land. Majority of this country lives in poverty, not riches.

Again as others have said, your ONLY option is the DV lottery. An employer cannot give you a job he can easily give to one of the millions of unemployed Americans.

can I get any work visa even a driver while im in the state with tourist visa?

You do not have a tourist visa and are unlikely to get one.

You need an employee to sponsor you for a work visa.

before you make any conclusion try to understand what I said before please, I didn't said that I want to cheat on anyone.

everyone have his own promise land. and let me tell you something about that millions unemployed americans. its easy to carry the cause of your failure to others its the human nature. I know a friend in Russia she was working as a general manager in some transportation company she get fired. she get hired in another company as a customer call service. she worked for couple weeks then she quit. she didn't agree about the new low job. anyway everyone is responsible about his own decisions.

for me I tried everything here I wanted to open my own garage shop here, but guess what its illegal for foreign people to open any shop in Kuwait. let me tell yo something more its illegal to me to buy a Chevrolet Silverado. its illegal to buy a van its illegal to buy a house, and by the way they make a new rules if you BBQ in the desert you will pay 2000$ and they will kick you out of this country.

I went last week to UAE embassy to get a visit visa. I told them I want to drive my car to Dubai. they told me its not allowed the only way to go to Dubai is to go to airport and buy two ways tickets and book a room in hotel before I get in the plane. this tickets with the hotel and with the transportation in Dubai will cost me easy 7000$. its too much to pay for arab city.

I said too much. there is one thing I learned in the past 30 years no one will offer you a chance. and the chance will not fall down of the sky. you have to work hard to make your own chance.

Any employer would need to petition you, employ a lawyer, pay lots of fees, and then wait.

Pretty unrealistic.

No I meant to say NOT cheat. I was trying to be positive and I was typing on my phone and did not proof read well enough.

And what I also meant to say is if you can move to Australia, then why not try that option. People come to the USA and expect to be able to make it big, to become rich, to have a "promised land", and life is what you make of it, but sometimes, no matter how hard you try, it just isn't gonna happen.

You're actually not allowed to seek employment on a tourist visa.

No. Work visas are for specialty occupations and in addition you will have to have commercial drivers license before anybody would talk to you about hiring as driver. On tourist visa you won't get any license, not even talking about commercial one.

You can seek employment, you can not accept employment.

Hi,

Unfortunately my friend, you will need a university degree for a work visa.

There is no reason to give you a job fixing iPhones. It's a minimal skill job and lots of people in the US can fix them.

You will not a work visa to be a driver. Plenty of unemployed Americans can do that work.

Think of it this way, why should the U.S. Government give you a job instead of an American? What special skills would give you an advantage? This is why you need to bring at least a university degree.

Sorry.

EB3 for example, H2b, but without an in hardly realistic.

you need to understand, and understand clearly. You will not be granted a tourist visa unless you have very strong ties to Jordan, such as a good job, property and a wife and children to go back to. PERIOD. You will never get any employer to sponsor you..EVER. In order to get a work visa an employer has to sponsor you, but that employer also has to prove that there are no skilled workers at ALL in the US that can fill said position. You have no chance of a work visa. PERIOD. My 20 year old son who is a full time college student fixes iphones in his spare time to earn money. There is no way an employer is going to hire someone from Jordan and pay for you visa, which is VERY expensive, when there are literally hundreds of thousands of people in this country qualified to fix mobile phones.

Your dreams of just walking into the US and starting a new life won;t happen unless you get a student visa. And with a student visa you need proof that you have the money to pay your tuition and living expenses in a bank account for the entire 4 years before you will even be considered. And if you were to have that money to pay for school, when you graduate you are required to return to Jordan. Or the DV lottery. End of story.

thank you all. im feeling so shy on wasting your precious time on my situation. I did look for a job in the past couple days. and I did find some companies is interested in my experiences but the talk always stop when we get in the visa talk. believe it or not im chasing this for the last 11 years.i never had friends here because I always have the desire to leave every morning. I wasted a lot of time looking and asking favor from peoples for this. I never gonna quit. but its its time to pause for a while I will try to find some place that I house buy a house on it. and buy a car because I love to drive it not because the rules make me drive it. freedom never been easy and its will never be easy in the future.

thank you all and good luck in your lives and always remember that you are lucky to be there.

and im sorry if I wasted any one time.
