hi, everyone I hope I can get a good advice here.
im a Jordanian. im living in Kuwait now. I want to go to America to start a new life and to secure my future kids future. I never go to America before I have no visa right now.
I want to be able to go to America and walk in the street and search for a job and rent an apartment.
what possibly I can do?
I don't want to get married now and I don't want to come in a tourist visa and over stay my visa. I want a legal good advice for my situation. I was trying the green card lottery for the last 5 years.
*im not a rich.
*I don't have any supernatural power:), im a computers and smart phones hardware technician.

you don't to be sorry.

thanks for your answer, I was planning to pay a lawyer in nyc to talk with me in Skype to discuss my situation, he asked me 300$. thank you for doig this for free

You are wasting the $300. There is nothing the lawyer can do for you that you cannot do for yourself. Unless you can find an employer to sponsor you, a nice American woman to marry you, or win the DV your chances of getting into the US are very slim.

Good luck,

Dave

thank you mr dave. I knew im gonna waste my 300$. I tried hard to find employer to sponsor me, I even offer them 30% of my salary for 12 months. I didn't get lucky so far. I even wanted to work as a delivery driver. can you help me in where exactly I can find an employer, im so hopeless I don't want to move to Australia. I don't have much choice here.

im too young to get married in this age. im still trying to save enough money so I can open my own car company to rebuild classic cars. no wife can accept the gas smile and old oil coming out of her husband,

thank you for wish me good luck I stop believing that luck will do anything in my situation.

Mahmoud.

Australia isn't too bad ;) If you think you can get there, I'd give it a shot.

Good luck!

Not much you can do - other that count on winning DV lotter only other thing I can think of is get more education / work experience in a field where you will get the chance of being sponsored by employer.

Student visa and then with a US degree look for an employee to sponsor you.

E2 Visa?

Think you would need a fair bit more than that.

and what exactly do you think a lawyer can do for you? The answer is, nothing. Your only chance is the DV lottery. Period.

The USA is not the promised land. Honestly, given a choice, I'd be moving to Australia. But my husband is American and was the bread winner in the family so here I am.

trust its the only promising land, only wen you have a complete vision about what you want and what you will do.

I cant marriage a girl and lie about my love to her and make a dream to her that you are her prince charming to get what you want, hurting someone its too much hard for me. because when ever you hurt someone you will get hurt back for sure.

I sent 70 emails for iphone repairing companies, I didn't receive any reply. I know its hard to convince anyone that you can fix his 600$ phone or 30004 laptop , I have to show him that I can.

if I get a tourist visa and search for a job, its easy to get a permit to work in the state?
