We checked in with the NC after 2 weeks after receiving our approved petition. They gave us our mnl number, receipt number. The manila embassy has never emailed us or sent a letter with instruction. When we called the embassy and asked about scheduling an interview, they simply stated to wait for there email or letter. After 2 months, we have yet to receive any instruction etc.call the nvc.once you have your mnl number, you can schedule your interview.but I wood wait a couple weeks after the issuance date. We jumped the gun and didn't wait,so it cost us 6 weeks of waiting time for them to release our receipt so we could schedule.

There is no reason to wait a couple weeks after receiving the MNL # from NVC. Simply schedule the interview 4-5 weeks from when you got the MNL # then... ROCK n ROLL!
