Hi everyone. For Fiancee Visa once I-129F is approved and sent to Manila, how long are you guys waiting to hear from Manila about case?

Manila will sent us notification when they receive our case?

It is now 54 days since I-129F approved.

We emailed NVC and Manila but we haven't heard from them.

Thank you so much in advance.

If you have been waiting 54 days with no progress, you have waited 40 days to long...

It has been stated in these forums that many never hear from the Manila embassy. I never received an email from the NVC and no letter had arrived prior to my departure to the Philippines on January 28th. I received approval notification from USCIS on January 5th. What I did do is follow the excellent guides and recommendations that you can find in these forums. I followed them and so far everything has gone exactly as described.

Two weeks after I received the USCIS approval NOA2 notification I called the NVC and received the Manila Case Number. Total time waiting on hold was 25 minutes. Once I had the Manila Case number I had my fiancee print out the Visa application receipt and make the payment at BPI. 48 hours after that I was able to go online and schedule an interview for February.

One of the members here, Hank, has a website at http://visaconnection-philippines.com. Read the steps he outlines. I can tell you that they are accurate and by following his steps I went from USCIS approval on 1/5/2015 to having the interview scheduled on 2/12/2015. I never received ANY letter or communication from the NVC or the Embassy in Manila through this entire process.

USEM Manila don't sent notification. As soon as you have the manila case number, you can proceed with the process here as soon as your case status is READY. Ready for medical and interview. NVC forwarded our case last dec23 here, were already done with medical and interview but no letter received.

You are waiting for nothing.

Check your case in www.ceac.gov (manila case number is needed) if it says ready, then you are good to go.

We got our MNL # on 12/16 and still haven't received the USEM letter. And we researched VJ forums and followed everyone's advice to go ahead with the medical and interview. And everything went smoothly without the USEM letter. Medical finished on Jan 26, Interview on 2/2 and now waiting for visa to be issued.

If you have the MNL case number, then pay your visa fee and get your interview scheduled! You are waiting for something that may never come.

USEM does not always send notification when your case is received. My wife has now been in the US for over 6 months, and she STILL never received anything from USEM.

Our USEM notification was mailed from the USEM to fiancée in the PI one week after we received our MNL from NVC. I'd guess that if you don't receive it within 3 weeks of getting MNL, then you won't get it at all.

Nothing about the letter is required anyway.

I am already almost done with everything and I have not received the USEM letter. I may not receive it ever! Haha. What I did was I just asked my fiance to scan the NOA 2 and NVC letter (documents which have your MNL case number on it) and send to me - this is what I showed both SLEC and the USEM. :)

Just go and proceed. You already waited too long. As long as you have your case number, you're good to go.

We checked in with the NC after 2 weeks after receiving our approved petition. They gave us our mnl number, receipt number. The manila embassy has never emailed us or sent a letter with instruction. When we called the embassy and asked about scheduling an interview, they simply stated to wait for there email or letter. After 2 months, we have yet to receive any instruction etc.call the nvc.once you have your mnl number, you can schedule your interview.but I wood wait a couple weeks after the issuance date. We jumped the gun and didn't wait,so it cost us 6 weeks of waiting time for them to release our receipt so we could schedule.
