Evidence of enough savings for AOS

Luckily we have enough savings in the bank to show 3x poverty level as we will be leaving jobs abroad so our income will be $0. I'm wondering if one recent bank statement is enough proof or whether I need several statements over a period of time to show the money is our savings and we didn't just loan it and put it there for AOS only?? Anyone know? Thanks :)

you will need more then 3x poverty level if you are just using savings for aos

Why more? Recording to poverty guidelines 3x times is enough for sponsoring spouse. You will need several statements,like last 12 months.

We are on the same boat. We sent just recent statement and real estate sells contract to show from where the money came. Hope it would be enough:)

I thought it was 5x from what I had heard, but I was wrong .It is 3x the poverty level if the person is a US citizen and is sponsoring spouse or minor child

yes if you are the beneficiary and are using your assets. It is 5 x the different between your household income and the current poverty level for your household size.
