August 11, 2018  18 month 'Courtesy Copy' extension letter received.  Critical number  297

December 4, 2018  USCIS Account shows: We approved your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, 

December 4, 2018, ordered your new card for Receipt # EAC17297003XX, and will mail to the address you gave.

491 days from NOA issued by VSC until Petition approved.

December 7, 2018 USCIS sent notice:  Card mailed.

December 8, 2018 received notice on USCIS that Biometrics scheduled . . . but the actual date was not yet shown.

December 11, 2018 saw in 'Documents' section of USCIS that Bio scheduled for 24 December 2018.

December 21, 2018 saw on USCIS website that they will be closed 24 December 2018 as extra holiday.

January 9, 2019 went for re-scheduled BIO appointment.  33 days after N-400 submitted on-line.

February 19, 2019 received letter in US mail that Citizenship interview scheduled for 26 March 2019. 74 days after submission on-line.

March 26, 2019 Citizenship interview scheduled for.  109 days after N-400 submitted on-line.

March 26, 2019 Passed Citizenship interview.

April 12, 2019  Received notice that Oath Ceremony had been scheduled for 24 April 2019.  17 days after interview.

April 24, 2019  Oath Ceremony completed.  29 days after interview.     139 days after N-400 submitted on-line.

April 25, 2019  USA Passport Application submitted.

May 3, 2019     USA Passport received.    149 days after N-400 submitted on-line.

So you have your Interview scheduled already Leo7777, Congratz...... It seems that calling USCIS is effective to move your papers.....

Calling USCIS may or may not help. In our case, we were successful in getting the Tier 1 person to submit a Service Request.

I searched around and saw the below on official website.

So it seemed to me that they would not submit a Service Request for us, unless we could fit something into one of the categories. We were successful in doing so.

USCIS may expedite a petition or application if it meets one or more of the following criteria:

Severe financial loss to company or person

Emergency situation

Humanitarian reasons

Nonprofit organization whose request is in furtherance of the cultural and social interests of the United States

Department of Defense or national interest situation

USCIS error; or

Compelling interest of USCIS.

03/10/2015.................I-485 status updated to Ready for Interview Schedule
04/14/2015.................I-765 card being produced but no update to I-131

04/23/2015.................Got my EAD/AP combo in mail

06/19/2015.................Got the interview notice in mail. Interview scheduled for July 20th

07/20/2015.................Went for the interview. Didn't get approved right away but got the text and email later on in the day regarding updates to my case status, welcome notice being mailed and AOS approved

08/16/2015...............Email alert that Card was mailed to me it was Sunday evening.

08/18/2015...............I received my green card in mail exactly 4 weeks from the approval date

Interview went really well, I was a bit nervous because we don't have any children together and we got married in Vegas so we don't even have one single picture of the wedding. The wait at the waiting area was an hour. Our IO was very nice and asked basic questions reading off of the i 485 and i 130. No questions asked about our personal stuff. He askef for proofs of joint accounts and I had a whole packet full of apartment lease, cell phone bill, irs statements, bank statements and insurance. Took about 20 minutes max. At the end he said Congratulations and handed me a paper that said Congratulations adjustment of status was approved. =)

Hello Guys, I have been out of state for a while and became very busy lately. Although great news were received from USCIS for the past few days. Got an approval of I-130 and I-485 last sept 24, 2015, received through text messages and email, Later that evening, also received message that Card is already in production. Card was mailed in Sept 28 and received yesterday in the mail box, Sept 30. That one week period is super fast to process my AOS, although it took almost 7 months (218 days) to conclude my GC journey. Thank you Guys for all your sharing here especially to the Thread Starter, I've learned a lot from you.

Hello Guys, I have been out of state for a while and became very busy lately. Although great news were received from USCIS for the past few days. Got an approval of I-130 and I-485 last sept 24, 2015, received through text messages and email, Later that evening, also received message that Card is already in production. Card was mailed in Sept 28 and received yesterday in the mail box, Sept 30. That one week period is super fast to process my AOS, although it took almost 7 months (218 days) to conclude my GC journey. yes, but already at a later time, it came out and updated to my uscis account after GC was already delivered, and it says your card was already delivered with tracking no. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx......

Congrats to you, you have your approval also based on your timeline....

Thanks interview was on September 29, minutes after interview got notifications card ordered, then welcome notice mailed; aND today card mailed notification. Based on your time line should get card in mail by Saturday
