Had our interview on Wednesday and everything went well and was approved! :)

March 12, 2015 (Day 1) - Priority Express Mailed AOS Packet to Dearborn Address

March 13, 2015 (Day 2) - Package delivered and signed for

March 20, 2015 (Day 8) - Checks Cleared Bank

March 24, 2015 (Day 12) - Received NOA hard copies in mail (I130, I485, I765, I131)

March 27, 2015 (Day 15) - Biometrics appointment received - April 8th

April 8, 2015 (Day 27) - Biometrics complete

May 6, 2015 (Day 54) - waiting..... :whistle:

May 8, 2015 (Day 56) - Interview scheduled for June 10th!

I think you meant 60 days? It's been 40 days for us so far, but I've seen some people not getting any news even after 60 days. You should definitely call them. Would you be so kind to share the result of your call after all, please? I still hope to hear something, but also kinda have a feeling that we will end up in the same situation.

It's been more than 60 days (heading 90 days actually) since our RFE was received. :(

We recently moved so I'm not sure if that delays the process....Hopefully will hear from them soon.

3/3/2015 Check cashed (Day 6)

3/17/2015 Early walk-in biometrics successful at Jacksonville ASC office (Day 20)

Hi guys. I'm still waiting on my EAD. Day 75 was June 1st so don't pay too much attention to that number. I did an enquiry and was told they have 90 days to make a decision. Still waiting. Still no job. Patience is a virtue.

February 20th- Sent Packet I-765, I-131, I-130, I-485

February 26th- Packet Received

March 6th- First RFE (missed one signature. DUMMY)

March 14th- Sent packet back

March 17th- Packet received

March 27th- Biometrics confirmation

April 16th- Biometrics appointment

April 21st- Second RFE for packet I-130, needed one more petitioner

May 14th- Called USCIS, currently day 58 out of the 75. Currently being patient :)

December 4, 2018  USCIS Account shows: We approved your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence,

December 7, 2018 USCIS sent notice:  Card mailed.

December 11, 2018 saw in 'Documents' section of USCIS that Bio scheduled for 24 December 2018.

December 21, 2018 saw on USCIS website that they will be closed 24 December 2018 as extra holiday.

January 9, 2019 went for re-scheduled BIO appointment.  33 days after N-400 submitted on-line.

February 19, 2019 received letter in US mail that Citizenship interview scheduled for 26 March 2019. 74 days after submission on-line.

March 26, 2019 Citizenship interview scheduled for.  109 days after N-400 submitted on-line.

March 26, 2019 Passed Citizenship interview.

April 12, 2019  Received notice that Oath Ceremony had been scheduled for 24 April 2019.  17 days after interview.

April 24, 2019  Oath Ceremony completed.  29 days after interview.     139 days after N-400 submitted on-line.

April 25, 2019  USA Passport Application submitted.

May 3, 2019     USA Passport received.    149 days after N-400 submitted on-line.

Don't be nervous...I was and then after the interview I don't even know why I was so nervous.

I know everyone's experience is different but mine was super easy

We were in there for only 20 min. We were asked where we met, and where we got married and that was it! Expecting way more questions than that. LOL She check birth certs, marriage cert, and divorce, papers and of course went over the questions on the I-485...said we were approved..stamped our letter and sent us on our way!

Hi. I sent rfe response on 10th april and its more then 60 days since submission but online case status still says that my request for evidence was received and not ready for interview which is kind of bothering to me. Anybody in the same situation???? What should i do????

I am in the same position. RFE received by USCIS on march 30, no update since then.

mrs almadro and Rodeo both processing through Las Vegas. She started just a few days before him, but has already had her Green Card for almost a month now.

So some indication there is wide difference in processing times, even within same local office.

Just had our interview in the San Francisco office. It went pretty well, the officer was very professional and all business. It lasted about 20mins, she checked and updated our info on the application, went through the questions on the form, and then asked us if we had anything to add to the case ( I had a few more items like bank statements and joint health insurance). Had a few more questions regarding how we met, why did we decide to get married, if we knew each others family etc.. She didn't give any indications of whether she was satisfied with the answers we gave her but oh well.

Then she made copies of everything, said all that was left to do was a background check. She said she wouldn't have time to get back to our case today but to check again in the next few days. She gave us "your case is being held for review" form and said that when we get the green card it would be good for two years then we would need to remove conditions etc.

She never said whether we were approved or not but my husband and myself left her office with the impression that if the background check goes through, we're good. Now time to come down from that stressful experience!!

Hello all,

We received an interview notice in the mail today. Our date is July 16th. Our online case status was never changed and still says "RFE received on April 1st" I hope you all are getting good news as well!

Pre AOS

Brought Illegally to USA in 1996

Gained DACA in October 2013

Applied for advanced parole February 2014

First child born US citizen March 2014

Approved for advanced parole June 2014

Travelled to Mexico July 2014

Returned to USA July 2014 with Stamped I-94

Married US Citizen September 2014

AOS (I-485 & I-130)Mailed to Chicago Lockbox 13February15

Stated delivered on 17February15 (USPS tracking #)

Email and Text G-1145 confirmations 24February15

Hardcopies of receipts arrived 02March15

USCIS website updated to RFE mailed 11March15

Hardcopies of RFE received 16March15

RFE mailed back 26March15

USCIS Status updated to RFE received 1April15

Notice of bio apt arrived, apt was for same day. 10April15
