I think you meant 60 days? It's been 40 days for us so far, but I've seen some people not getting any news even after 60 days. You should definitely call them. Would you be so kind to share the result of your call after all, please? I still hope to hear something, but also kinda have a feeling that we will end up in the same situation.

Leo he already had Advanced parole, it expires in July. EAD he already had due to DACA.

But shouldn't he have requested another set of EAD/AP when filing for AOS?

It's free and would have given another year of work and travel authorization.

As far as timing for AOS and Green Card, there are many others who filed long before your husband and are still waiting.

Yes, some have received Green Card in around two months, but many here experience 5, 6, 7 months or more.

Green Card processing is entirely related to work schedules for individual cities. So nothing can be gained by comparing to those in different cities.

Yeah this happened to me. I called USCIS and they just said it depends on your local office. I am thinking about doing an Infopass in July though. Let us know about your calling.

For chicago area I came across a user from trackitt forum that she filed for AOS in Jan this year have her interview scheduled for mid of june. It seems like its a solid 6 month wait before you get the interview in Chi town. I have been in ready for interview for almost 3 months

January 9, 2019 went for re-scheduled BIO appointment.  33 days after N-400 submitted on-line.

February 19, 2019 received letter in US mail that Citizenship interview scheduled for 26 March 2019. 74 days after submission on-line.

March 26, 2019 Citizenship interview scheduled for.  109 days after N-400 submitted on-line.

March 26, 2019 Passed Citizenship interview.

April 12, 2019  Received notice that Oath Ceremony had been scheduled for 24 April 2019.  17 days after interview.

April 24, 2019  Oath Ceremony completed.  29 days after interview.     139 days after N-400 submitted on-line.

April 25, 2019  USA Passport Application submitted.

May 3, 2019     USA Passport received.    149 days after N-400 submitted on-line.

May 9, 2019     Certificate of Naturalization and Citizenship returned in mail.

Hi. I sent rfe response on 10th april and its more then 60 days since submission but online case status still says that my request for evidence was received and not ready for interview which is kind of bothering to me. Anybody in the same situation???? What should i do????
