Hi all,

I am hoping someone can shed some light on my situation. I received a letter that stated the following..... Currently my petitioner is my wife who fills out the I-130. My sponsors in regards to the I-864 are her parents. It appears that my wife must also complete an I-864 as she is the one that is petitioning for me to stay. My notice says that I must send all of the required information within 87 days so that my packet can be processed. Does anyone know if I just have to send my wife's tax details and completed I-864 or whether I have to send the whole packet again with her parents completed forms as well as hers?

HELP Please

The Petitioner must always fill out a I-864 and include their income/Tax information even if she doesn't meet poverty guidelines and needs a co sponsor. then if her parents are living together or married the one who earns more fills out a I-864 and the on who earns Less Fills out a I-864A. send all of that with supporting documents to USCIS. not the whole packet but all the I--864's just to be safe.

Howdy guys!

Has anyone else from this group got their interview coming up? Mine is in the next 2 weeks and I just wanted to bounce some evidence idea/s off others who are about to go through it too?!

This forum covers AOS from Student, Tourist and Work visas.

There is another sub-forum for those AOS from K-1.
