Danni, the process is a little different, as I understand it.

For instance, the K-1 people get interviewed at US Consulate in their home country.

Most don't have to get interviewed again in USA. Thus that group won't be waiting for interview notice like all of us here will be. They probably already have fingerprinting done also.

Hi All,
I mailed my AOS app 2/9/2015. They were expected to be delivered by the following Tuesday but did not arrive until Thursday 2/12/2015. Friday I received texts and emails from USCIS with 3 receipt numbers i-131, i-765, i-485. Hard copies will hopefully arrive early next week.

02/19/2015- Check cashed

03/06/2015- Successful walk in Bio Metrics (Scheduled date was 03/10/2015)

We were hoping to receive biometric appointment letter in mail Friday or Saturday . . . but got nothing.

I noticed on others' timelines for previous months that some got such letters about one week after receiving hard copies of NOA1, so was hoping.

Hey guys, we sent our I-130 and I-1485 on the 13th of February and it was delivered on the 17th according to our tracking number. We have still had no text/email notice nor has the check been cashed. Has anyone else experienced a delay? Do you think I did something wrong in the packet?

Good news February Gang.

Today, 23 Feb 2015 wife received mail notice of Biometric scheduling for 4 March 2015 in afternoon.

So 10 days after received NOA1 for I-130, I-485, I-131 and I-765, the Bio notice was received.

The afternoon time was lucky for us also. We are a long drive away from the Pittsburgh office, so a morning appointment would have meant a drive up the day before and a motel overnight.

Anyway the NBC in Missouri is still functioning !!

Also, just checked https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/displayLogon.do

and found there is no notation that Biometric appointment scheduled.

So apparently they do not enter that bit of info in our case status on-line file.

Not sure what the next entry may be. Possibly nothing until the 'Ready for Interview' status.

We still have not received USCIS acceptance confirmations, however the checks have been cashed. Has anyone else experienced this?

Applied for advanced parole February 2014

First child born US citizen March 2014

Approved for advanced parole June 2014

Travelled to Mexico July 2014

Returned to USA July 2014 with Stamped I-94

Married US Citizen September 2014

Stated delivered on 17February15 (USPS tracking #)
