Not quite the club I wanted to be in but hey we are in it together right Nathan!

I'm curious if you received the RFE in the mail yet and if your hunch was right or still waiting?

Thanks Meghan! I am still waiting unfortunately. Usually when USCIS sends you text/email confirmation, it takes them 3 or 4 days to actually send letters to us. I expect to receive it by Thursday and will post it on here.

Chew, I put "other, with form I-130"

As I'm sitting here waiting for my husbands medical paperwork to come back I keep making myself crazy going over the forms again and again and again lol. Question, on the G-325A for the US citizen down at the bottom where it says "This form is submitted in connection with an application for" did you check other and write in I-130?

I got my acceptance emails too looks like they are working as a clock over there lol My package was delivered March 3rd.

Check has not been cashed yet little bit worried about this but maybe during the rest of the day or tomorrow they will be. I've attached them to each corresponding form.

You got yours already? Wasn't delivered until March 3rd? Makes me worry about mine not having heard anything back from a February 26th delivery date :(

I only got a tracking number from USPS and I kept track of that during delivery. Could this be an issue that I did not FedEx or UPS it?

Sure did. Delivered Feb 26th. Perhaps its because realistically they have only had 6 days to look at it if you count weekends. If I haven't had a sniff of information by Friday I might start to get a little worried though

Yeah, too early to panic.

A couple of possibilities.

1)Some deliveries go to a P.O. Box and some go to 131 South Dearborn - 3rd floor (mine).

Don't know where yours went, and if it would make a difference.

2)I suppose each day stacks of new applications are given to 10 or so guys/gals to process.

Maybe yours was given to a slow person, or a person who has been out sick several days.

I also USPSed ours. It did seem to take a lot longer than those who FedExed or UPSed. Our checks were cashed before we received notice. You should check with your bank.

This morning the status for our i-485 case was updated to : Ready to be scheduled for an interview. Reading that made me a little nervous Haha! ^_^

Nothing on the EAD case number changed.

11/20/12 - Arrive in US under J1 visa (no 2 year HRR)
04/20/13 - We start dating
01/07/15 - We get married <3


02/10/15 - Day 1 - i-485 & i-130 packet received at Chicago Lockbox
02/21/15 - Day 12 - Receive all four NOA1 hard copies
03/02/15 - Day 21 - Received biometrics appointment notice - scheduled for 3/9
03/03/15 - Day 22 - Successfully walked in to have biometrics done
03/10/15 - Day 29 - i-485 status changed to "Ready to be scheduled for an interview".
