Hey guys, out of curiosity, how did you package your packets for mailing? I put each application in a plain filing folder (no pockets) and then put the folders in a large heavy duty lined manila envelope. I was very strongly considering a flat box though.

As I'm sitting here waiting for my husbands medical paperwork to come back I keep making myself crazy going over the forms again and again and again lol. Question, on the G-325A for the US citizen down at the bottom where it says "This form is submitted in connection with an application for" did you check other and write in I-130?

Oh and one more thing....for the non us citizen I check the same thing when I'm submitting with the I-130 and then check "status as a permanant resident" when I submit with the I485?

With I-130 packet, need G-325A for both US citizen and spouse.

With I-485 packet, need G-325A for immigrant spouse.

As I understand it, the packets may be processed by different persons

even if in same office, so don't count on them sharing forms and documents.

Hi Everyone ..

Was feeling hopeful this morning and checked my online status and we received an RFE

My guess is that when I mailed the application we had not filed 2014 taxes and I am assuming that is what it is. I am just so bummed. This means everything is on hold now correct? Unless magically my EAD was moving at full speed and is already off being processed. Which is unlikely but argh! This process is so frustrating.

Anybody with some good news this morning? On the bright side at least they were looking at my case..

I put my application inside a very bright pink folder (in hopes to stand out) and then inside a boring white envelope for mailing.

I clipped the 4 sets of documents separately with a sturdy clip having fold down arms.

I numbered all the pages consecutively in the upper right hand corner so they could be put back together

if dropped on the floor.

Then took them to Fed Express and mailed in one of their large envelopes.

Just got my acceptance emails so hopefully Nick gets his soon too.

I got my acceptance emails too looks like they are working as a clock over there lol My package was delivered March 3rd.

Check has not been cashed yet little bit worried about this but maybe during the rest of the day or tomorrow they will be. I've attached them to each corresponding form.
