Hello everyone,

I'm currently in the US on my H1B Visa that expires in 2016. I got married to a US citizen last month, and we filed form I-130, I-131, I-765, and I-485 a few days ago.

I resigned my current job and will stop working there on February 13th, my current employer has NOT heard back from USCIS after the RFE for my H1B petition. After I stop working there and they withdraw the petition, can I start working somewhere else while waiting for my EAC? Am I not allowed to work after my resignation until I receive the EAC?

I found employment but they don't sponsor my H1B, not sure if my pending AOS make a difference.

Vicky
