Do I need I-94 form number to submit I-130 form

Hi, My spouse is filling my form i130, the only thing is missing is the i-94 number, Im alredy in the us but when I try to get my number in the cbp website doesnt show my lastest travel( december), Its shows a travel I make to US in september.So.. I dont have a i94 number just a stamp in my passport, what can I do?

Have you tried using variations on your name? It is very possible that the CBP entered the name incorrectly. You will need to go to the nearest deferred inspection station to have this corrected.
