Hi Everyone,

My mom is schedule for an inteview next week, we thought everthing is fine, until I got an email from USEM today that she should bring a Macau Police clearance in her interview. The NVC did not request since she work in MACAU for 11 months (It was listed in her Interview appoitment but didnt not request)

Do you think USEM would still ask for the certificate eventhough NVC didnt ask for it? Is there an oversight in USEM side?

If were ask during her inteview and unable to provide it, does she need to go for a second interview or what is the process?

Thank you!

Yup she needs the Macau police clearance. The Embassy can ask for additional documents as they see fit.

If she doesn't have it she can still proceed with the interview however she'll get a 221g for the PC. They won't issue the visa unless she complies.
