You need to leave her. Life is too short. This is America, women have have the advantage, so just get out of this marriage, and sometimes people go crazy and physically hurt their spouse or worse. My ex wife used to hit me and I could not do anything, so just be careful.

Are you flexing in the gym all day or do you work and spend time with your wife most times? There has to be some underlying issued behind her behavior.

You need to find out if she is cheating you. A person that is unfaithful many times is the first to be accusatory and will actually project their insecurity about themselves on you. Trust me.

You need to tell her your done with this crazy behavior. Give her a choice.

(Choice #1)...She goes to a counciller to deal with her problem

(Choice #2)...Tell her to get a lawyer for a divorce.

That is abuse. When you went through the immigration process they would have given you a pamphlet on abusive immigration relationships. I would advise you read it. She didn't buy you and can not stop you from having a life not only with her but at work, watching tv, and going to the gym. She has created a Jailed Relationship with you. This is cruel and I feel for you. I hope things work out but if not, move on. Good luck.

Some spontaneous "I love you's" and "you are beautiful" and "you are the love of my life" might help. Try working out at home. She sounds insecure. Are other women trying to flirt with you?

This sounds way past counseling.

If she has nothing to prove you have ever done anything to betray your marriage, then, ""YOU are guilty until proven innocent!""

Which might never happen.

If it was me, I would tell her, "YOU set the date and time, for a very important conversation. Have no distractions around, tell her how much you love her, but also, tell her ""SHE is driving you away from the marriage, and the mis-trust MUST stop at once, or YOU will see a lawyer!""

See what happens, I could not put up with that, if I was totally innocent. Worst thing in the world, is accuse someone of something, they "did" not do!

As far as being hit on in Gyms any such sexual harassment should be reported to the management.

Remember no means no. Such behaviour is simply not acceptable.

Being hit on <> sexual harassment. Are you suggesting that anytime anyone expresses interest in someone in a business establishment or public venue that they should be 'reported'? Sounds like Saudi Arabia.
