How to organize documents and fees going to the NVC?

Hello all

This is my first post and I'm hoping someone can offer me advice. I'm petitioning for my husband who lives in Tunisia, and recently my attorney left the company right before I started consular processing. I have decided to continue without an attorney. I emailed the NVC telling them my attorney will no longer be on the case. I've already had the I-130 approved, and been assigned an NVC case number. Along with the case number they sent the AOS fee invoice, and the IV fee invoice. Do I need to pay for both of these invoices before I can send in my supporting documents, or can I send everything all at once? Also, can someone please tell me how to organize everything when I send this to the NVC? Do I need a cover letter, what is needed and what is not needed, etc. Ideally this advice would be from someone who's done it before and gotten it approved. Thanks!!

Well, I feel incredibly stupid now. For some reason I thought they only accepted checks, and I thought why would I first send in the checks if I could just send it all together? With your wiki link, I've found the online portal to pay. At least that part makes sense now. Thanks a million.
