have not recieved packet 3 with medical instructions

I have finished the DS-160 and paid all fees and also mailed out 2 passport pics and confirmation letter but my fiance has not recieved her packet 3 with medical exam instructions does this packet get sent out after we have mailed the confirmation letter and 2 passport pictures?

Contact the consulate via the online inquiry form on their website. Normally, you are supposed to wait for the Packet 3 before doing all of the above.

I would contact the consulate and inquire about your Packet 3. Don't forget to tell them that you have already mailed them the stuff. I hope you included your HCM- case number on the package that you sent back, yes?

I sent them 2 passports pics passport copy and confirmation letter but did not put a HCM case number on the package I was thinking the confirmation would be enough. I will email them.

Keep in mind that you will need the Packet 3 letter for vaccinations and med exam. Give it a couple of weeks and if you haven't received the Packet 3 by then, put in another online inquiry and request them to email you an electronic letter. Then print it out for the med exam and vaccination.

I would stay on top of this until you either get it in the mail or via email. We never got ours and had to request for one sent via email.

we didn't receive package3 in mail but we got email contain all the info of p3 n print it out...so check your mail box, include junk mail
