When I try to log onto my account, it says account locked, due to either inactivity or username/password being entered wrong too many times. That can't be the case because I have the log in info saved in my browser and I tried to reset my password and it asks me to answer my security questions and I answer them correctly but it says the answers are incorrect. Has anyone else had the same problem?

My fiancee came to US on the 8th of March, 2014 under K-1 visa at Newark, NJ Airport for POE.

Thanks for suggestions!

When I try the 'forgot password or username' it asks me one of the security questions I entered and when I enter the correct answer it gives me this:

The answers you provided to the password security questions did not match our records. Please contact customer support by email at myUSCISsupport@uscis.dhs.gov.

So before I try creating a new account, I emailed them and asked for help, let's see what happens.

This happened to me today and i was able to answer the questions they ask when I clicked on forget my password option. I am able to log back in with my new password. I suggest that you try to remember the secret questions and you will be able to reset it. they may be working on the site still since the upgrade,

One of my security questions is the year I got married and the other one the name of my first pet. Believe me, I didn't get them wrong :D I'm thinking it has to be a glitch. I emailed them anyway so we'll see what happens :)
